As Socrata's Director of Customer Success, Jessica Carsten and her team help governments achieve strategic outcomes through the use of data and technology​. In her previous role as the Director of Digital Transformation, Carsten has worked with dozens of cities, counties, and state agencies to identify high value data that can be used to further the strategic priorities, manage ​key ​performance​ measures​, and modernize IT organizations. Prior to Socrata, Carsten worked as a Policy Analyst at the Center for Global Development​, and as a Program Manager at The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
